Softball is more than just a game...to many, it's a way of life.
Georgia ASA tournaments are guaranteed to be run by well-qualified tournament staff who care about the players participating and want them to enjoy the ASA experience to the fullest. Our goal is consistency from weekend to weekend.

Besides well run tournaments, teams can expect nothing but the best in umpiring. Georgia ASA hosts local, state, and national umpire clinics each year, bringing together the best instruction available in the sport. ASA umpires are known for their professionalism and expertise.

ASA National Tournaments are unparalleled in prestige, and nobody puts on a national as well ASA. Today, ASA has more than 90 national tournaments, culminating in the premier slow pitch tournament in the country; the Hooter's Championship Series in Oklahoma City.

Grandfathered Bats No Longer Authorized as of 2008

Beginning January 1, 2004, all bats in ASA Championship Play must pass the ASA 2004 Bat Standard.  All bats having the 2004 certification mark will be allowed in ASA Championship Play, with the only exceptions listed here.  Bats that have the 2000 certification mark will not be allowed in ASA Championship Play unless they are listed on an approved bat list on the ASA website.  For convenience, ASA has provided a list of bats that DO NOT pass the ASA 2004 bat standard.
