Teams and their representatives are fully responsible for the correctness of ALL information on tournament applications and rosters. Please review all information and rules CAREFULLY prior to submitting.

1..  Teams can register for a tournament using the online registration form, or by sending an email to the tournament director.  Payment can be made at the time of registration using the Register and Pay form.

2..   Registration reserves your slot in the tournament.  HOWEVER, your slot in the tournament is not locked until payment has been received or unless permission has been given by the tournament director to accept entry fees on the date of the tournament.

3.  Any reserved slots that remain unpaid as of the Monday prior to the tournament's start date will be made available to paying teams, unless prior permission has been given by the tournament director to accept entry fees on the date of the tournament..

4.  Any team that has registered for any ASA sanctioned tournament and fails to show without paying their entry fee, has a check returned to Georgia ASA for any reason, or is assessed any other fees for any reason, will be suspended from ASA championship play until all fees have been paid.

5.  All teams MUST submit an official ASA roster for every ASA sanctioned tournament prior to the start of play.  All rosters must have the printed name of all players and player signatures.  Managers can maintain a player roster and print pre-filled rosters online at www.registerasa.com.  However, teams are not registered until the annual sanctioning fee has been received by the local commissioner.

Teams are responsible for verifying the latest schedule and venue information.

1.  MANDATORY player check-in will be held 60 minutes prior to your first scheduled game of the tournament.  Any 7:00 or 8:00 games will check-in 30 minutes prior to game time.

2.  For all subsequent games, a team representative must report to the field of play 15 minutes prior to playing time to check in and participate in the coin toss.  (Toss may be held by home plate umpire at director's discretion.)

3.  Upon demand by tournament officials, a player must produce proper, state issued identification (which shall include a current photograph of the player and the players signature) or the player shall be declared ineligible and the team subject to suspension.
